Miracle 511 Impregnator Sealer

This product forms an invisible barrier on medium to dense porous surfaces. The 511 Impregnator is specifically designed for the protection of all medium to dense porous surfaces.

It forms an invisible barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains while allowing vapor to escape. It is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look. All surfaces treated are harder and less slippery.

Directions

Prepare Surface

Thoroughly clean surfaces and remove any coatings or residue. For tough build-up, Miracle Sealants Miracle Heavy Duty Cleaner Acid Substitute is recommended.

Apply Sealer to Dry Surface

In a well ventilated area, use either Miracle Sealant Mira Brush applicator or a clean, lint-free cloth to apply enough sealer to wet the surface. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes for full penetration.

Wipe Excess and Buff

After no more than 5 minutes, remove excess liquid and buff surface with a lint-free cloth. Do not allow sealer to dry on the surface.

Allow to Cure

Allow to dry 3-5 hours, until dry to the touch, before light foot traffic. For best results, keep treated areas dry and free from staining agents for 72 hours.
